Patient Eligibility
TMS Therapy
Adults 18+ diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)
Inadequate response to antidepressant medications or therapy
Stable for outpatient treatment
Spravato® (Esketamine Nasal Spray)
Adults 18+ diagnosed with Treatment-Resistant Depression
Failed ≥2 antidepressant trials of adequate dose/duration
Must be administered under supervision at an approved clinic
Typical Insurance Criteria
Diagnosis of MDD or TRD (varies by treatment)
Failed 2–4 antidepressant medications
Completed psychotherapy (if required by plan)
Coverage available for most major insurance, Medicare & Medicaid
We assist with prior authorization and coverage verification.
Contraindications
Cochlear or ferromagnetic implants (for TMS)
History of seizures, mania, or psychosis
CNS tumor (case-dependent)
Active substance abuse (<3 months)
Dementia or schizophrenia

About Our Treatments
TMS Therapy
- Non-invasive, FDA-approved therapy that uses magnetic pulses to activate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation.
- 30–36 sessions over 6–9 weeks, no anesthesia or downtime.
Spravato® (Esketamine Nasal Spray)
- FDA-approved medication for treatment-resistant depression, administered under medical supervision twice weekly for the first month, then tapered.
